When working on your Cyber Essentials self-assessment questionnaire, scheduling a support call can significantly improve your chances of completing it accurately and efficiently. If you have support, carefully plan when to contact the team to maximise its effectiveness - Access support. Depending on your needs, you could schedule a support call before submitting your questionnaire for real-time guidance and corrections or after submission and marking to address specific feedback from the assessor. For more details, consider the factors that can influence the timing of your support call, such as the need for immediate feedback, error likelihood, and personal preferences.
Submit your questionnaire for review - Submit
Once submitted one of our specialist Assessors will review your questionnaire within 3 days and feedback. - Assessment time
Review the status of your questionnaire at any time
If you have passed -Congratulations.
We will submit to IASME who will send you a declaration
Download your certificate and any logos for website etc
If you have not passed, update the questionnaire following the Assessor feedback and resubmit within 5 days.
