Once you have submitted your Cyber Essentials questionnaire one of our Assessors will review and feedback to you within 3 working days. However, note that the exact timeline depends on when the submission is made. You will be notified by email of the result but you can also see the status of the questionnaire at any time - view the status of my questionnaire.
If your questionnaire is non-compliant our assessor will add their comments on each of the questions that require your attention. You will be alerted via email
There is a limit of up to 3 resubmissions allowed, and each resubmission needs to be completed within a standard 5 working day window.
If your questionnaire is rejected you will need to review the assessor comments and update. Don’t forget to re-submit when you have updated your questions and the assessor will review again and update you by email of the result. if you need further help then you can use Cyber Essentials Support if purchased or speak to the team to buy.
To avoid delays, ensure your submission is complete and accurate the first time. Utilise the standard 5-day revision period effectively if you need to resubmit.
