If the type says "With Support" then you have purchased support and can access.
There are two tiers of Support. 1 hour or 3.5 hours. To identify which tier of support you have or to book in your support time with an assessor please contact the team by sending a message in Chat or by emailing [email protected]
If you see "No Support" then you do not currently have Support available but you can purchase. If you would like to buy then please contact the team by sending a message in Chat or by emailing [email protected]ย
