When you are logged into the Cyber Hub and are in the ‘CyberCert’ portal, you will see the questionnaire on the main dash.

Cyber Essentials questionnaires are designed to collaborate by granting access permissions to specific users. This ensures a cohesive and secure approach to managing compliance tasks.

Before assigning a questionnaire, ensure you have created a new user by adding them to your account through the Citation Cyber platform.

Click ‘View’ to go into the Questionnaire and in the top right, you will see a few options, click the person icon. This icon indicates the section where you can manage user permissions for collaboration on questionnaires.

Administrative authorization is required to grant certain access permissions, ensuring controlled and secure collaboration on the platform.

To give a user access to all of your organization's active questionnaires, an administrator must authorize the process and assign the permissions accordingly.

Here, you will see a list of users you have on your Hub, tick the person in which you want to have access to the questionnaire, and press ‘send’. Collaborative access allows team members to effectively contribute to and review compliance tasks.
