If your Cyber Essentials questionnaire has been rejected the Assessor will have highlighted which of the questions require your attention.
To access the rejected questionnaire, log in to your Citation Cyber account, go to the dashboard, and click on the "CyberCert" tab. From there, select "Go to CyberCert," which will direct you to the Cyber Essentials section where your submitted questionnaire and feedback are available.
Accessing the Cyber Essentials Questionnaire and Feedback
To ensure clarity in accessing detailed feedback, follow these steps:
Log in to your Citation Cyber account.
Find the "CyberCert" tab on the dashboard.
Click on "Go to CyberCert" and locate your marked assessment for more information.
In the top left of the questionnaire you will see a ‘Question Key’
Viewing Assessment and Feedback
Once navigated to the CyberCert section, open your Cyber Essentials questionnaire. Here, you can find specific feedback provided for marked items requiring remediation.
Review your questionnaire looking for the "feedback received"
These can often be found under flagged sections or within a dedicated feedback area provided in the interface.
