If you are missing Modules from your Cyber Learn Subscription, Please follow these basic Troubleshooting steps.
Check your subscription dates
As admin on Home Page of Cyber Hub, you should see your active subscriptions below the main menu (As Shown Below)
If your Subscription is Active go to step 2, if inactive please contact Support via Email or Live Chat
Ensure Users are assigned to the correct course
As admin if you visit "Cyber Learn" then "Learning Settings" on the left side of screen
and then Select the department, there you can see if they have been assigned the course
If above steps haven't solved the issue, please follow the below steps
As Admin go to Cyber Learn, then to Learning Settings, then Pick the Relevant Department, Press Update on the required course, and then press Update again.
