If you are missing Modules from your Cyber Learn Subscription, Please follow these basic Troubleshooting steps.
Check your subscription dates
Ensure Users are assigned to the correct course
If above steps haven't solved the issue, please follow the below steps
As Admin go to Cyber Learn, then to Learning Settings, then Pick the Relevant Department, Press Update on the required course, and then press Update again.
