Accessing the survey
There are two ways to get to your Cyber Healthcheck survey. Both routes take you to the same place — the Cyber Survey page.
Option 1: From the Home dashboard
Log in to the Atlas Hub.
On the Home dashboard, find Cyber Health under Active Subscriptions.
Click Go to Cyber-Health.
Option 2: From the left-hand navigation
Log in to the Atlas Hub.
Select Cyber in the left-hand menu.
Click Cyber Survey in the left-hand navigation.
Starting a new survey
From the Cyber Survey page:
Click + New Survey to start a fresh survey.
Work through each section of the survey. Your progress is saved automatically.
Once complete, your Cyber Risk Score will update on the dashboard.
Viewing previous surveys
The Cyber Survey page shows a table of all your previous submissions, including:
ID — the unique survey reference number
Date — when the survey was completed
Risk Score — your overall Cyber Risk Score for that submission
Click View next to any survey to see the full results.
Cloning and editing a previous survey
If you want to update an existing survey rather than start from scratch:
Find the survey you want to update in the table.
Click Clone & Edit.
This creates a copy of that survey with all your previous answers pre-filled.
Make your changes and submit.
This is useful when your setup hasn't changed much since your last survey — you can update only the sections that need it rather than completing everything again.
