As an administrator you can manage most log-in related issues. your user may have a locked account, need a password reset or MFA reset.
To action any of these items navigate to "Users", select the user who is impacted and "view".
once on their user account you can take any necessary action.
On the left Hand side select ‘Users’.
Find the user and click ‘View’.
In the top right corner, click the relevant option to resolve the issue.
If your own MFA needs to be reset, you can send us a message, and we will resolve asap.
