Navigate to the questionnaire and open - find my questionnaire
Go to question "A3.2 Cyber Insurance" to view / amend your selection
If you have selected ‘Opt-in' you will receive a certificate for the Insurance once the questionnaire is passed. Which email does the Certificate of insurance go to?
If ‘Opt-out’ was selected it means you will not receive any Cyber Insurance with the questionnaire.
If you have not yet submitted your questionnaire or it is not yet passed then you can amend your answer to "Opt in"
If after having completed the questionnaire, you want to have the Cyber Insurance, you can see what is covered here (What is Cyber Insurance?) and the email to contact should you want to Opt-in to it.
