Two-factor authentication is an extra layer of security for your Citation Cyber Hub account. Instead of only entering an email and password to log in, you’ll also enter a code using an authenticator app.

This additional step helps make sure that you, and only you, can access your account.

To enable 2FA follow the below steps:

  1. Download your preferred authenticator app ( Google Authenticator/ Microsoft Authenticator / Symantec).

  2. Scan the QR code provided when you have logged into your Citation Cyber account.

  3. The authenticator app will then generate a code.

  4. Go back to Cyberlearn, enter the code, and click 'Submit'.

  5. Congratulations, you have now successfully enabled 2FA!

  6. Keep the authenticator app for future log ins.

From this point on, you will now be required to enter a code from your chosen authenticator app upon logging into The Citation Cyber Hub.
