The fastest way to reach our support team is through the message icon on this page. Click the chat icon in the bottom-right corner of any page in the Help Centre or inside the Cyber Hub, then select Send us a message.

What to have ready when you contact us

To help us resolve your query as quickly as possible, it's useful to have the following to hand:

  • Your company name as it appears in the Cyber Hub

  • The product or service your question relates to (e.g. Cyber Essentials, Penetration Testing, Cyber Intel)

  • A description of the issue, including any error messages or unexpected behaviour

  • Screenshots if something doesn't look right on screen — you can paste these directly into the chat


Response times
