Cyberlearn has a library of reports available for use.

All reports can be downloaded as CSV type reports.

Find guidance on each report below:

Expiry Report

Whenever there are users with courses that have expired (which may mean time for retraining!) this report will also be able to give you this information. And it’s a matter of choosing the period for the statistics to be generated.

Overdue Report

This is determined by number of days learners have to complete courses. If the Admin sets 30 days (under learning settings), if there are to be any individuals not having completed allocated courses by then, the Overdue report will start showing the information.
